If you don’t like the way your rug looks when you take it home, or the size just isn’t quite right we do offer an exchange policy if the rug is brought back within 48 hours of purchase. However this does not apply to sale items. If a rug is deemed faulty we are more than happy to offer an exchange or a refund if you cannot find a suitable replacement. In all cases, please make sure you keep your receipt and our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you.
